Peta released a video of the Bowmanville Zoo owner Michael Hackenberger verbally attacking and physically whipping a Tiger at the Bownmanville Zoo. We also discovered a segment of him verbally attacking a monkey riding a donkey on live television BT , Breakfast Television out of Toronto Ontario. This is truly a shame to see.
